"+++Get on the waitlist for our brand new budgeting course (5 Days To A Bulletproof Budget) to be released in October 2021: https://www.zerodebtcoach.com/5-days-coming-soon
In this video, I'm responding to a question from a live stream Angelica and I did last week:
Savannah writes:
"I would love to do more to cut expenses, but being a widow, no guy around to mow the lawn and help set up tech changes like streaming, I'm kind of stuck with a lot of what I'm paying for. It's really hard to make the changes and decisions alone, or changing things my mother likes (she lives with me).
One thing I am confused about is insurances, like dental and pet insurance. It's hard to pay cash for those bigger problems if you don't have an emergency fund, but if you're saving for your emergency fund, it seems better to also have the insurance before your fund is available.. not sure if that made sense. lol"
Angelica and I are talking about how we've developed a reasonable frugality and minimalism mindset which lead us to completely eliminating certain items from our budget. This mindset shift along with diligent budgeting and expense tracking got us out of $174,000 worth of debt and helped us build a $700,000+ net worth in about 7.5 years.
We're also opening up the waitlist for our brand new budgeting course, "5 Days To A Bulletproof Budget: How To Never Worry About Money Again".
This "5 Days To A Bulletproof Budget" will give you the skills, confidence and encouragement you need to organize your financial life, get on a budget, sack your debt and move onward toward financial independence, all in the warm environment of a group of like-minded and highly motivated financial journeyers!
