If you’ve made (or are making) the resolute decision to get out of debt and are facing resistance from friends and family, this post is for you.
I’ll just say at the outset that, if your broke friends and family are making fun of some of your “I’m getting out of debt” decisions, be encouraged because you’re right on track.
Just consider this fact for a moment. About 78% of the America population lives paycheck to paycheck and about 80% are in serious debt.
Unless you just happen to have friends and family that are already out of debt and in wealth building mode, your critics are actually likely to be a part of that miserable statistic.
Don’t worry about what they’re saying to you or about you. Stay the course and sack your debt!
